Misconduct not relating to business integrity matters should be handled by your local management.

Report the (potential) misconduct to the Aalberts Ethics Committee via our external speak up! portal.

(if desired, completely anonymously).

Does the misconduct relate to fraud, conflict of interest or accurate accounting?

Does the misconduct involve an amount of more than EUR 10,000?

Does the misconduct relate to corruption, bribery, competition laws or export control laws?

Can your manager higher in rank be informed?

Report the misconduct to your manager higher in rank.

Can your business management or a person assigned to handle misconduct be informed?

Report the misconduct to business management or assigned person.

Does the misconduct relate to personal complaints, complaints about your manager or way of doing business?

Report misconduct at your own organisation following your company's procedure.

If this is not possible, you can contact the confidential advisor for feedback.

Be as specific as possible about the location, who is involved and when the misconduct took place.
