Aalberts announces regional leadership structure for Aalberts integrated piping systems

Aalberts is taking the next step in implementing its region-for-region strategy for Aalberts integrated piping systems with two regional organisations – Aalberts integrated piping systems EMEA & APAC, and Aalberts integrated piping systems Americas. Two regional leadership teams will now assume full end-to-end accountability to drive profitable growth and to support our customers locally with our sustainable solutions. EMEA & APAC headquarters will be in Hilversum, the Netherlands and the Americas headquarters will be in Charlotte, USA.

As a successor to André in het veld, Aalberts announces the appointment of Roland Voermans as CEO Aalberts integrated piping systems EMEA & APAC and Jacob Speight as CEO Aalberts integrated piping systems Americas. Both will start on 1 January 2025 and will be part of the Executive Team.

Roland joined Aalberts in May 2021 and in his most recent role as COO Aalberts integrated piping systems he was improving operational efficiency and customer centricity by implementing a culture of continuous improvement. In addition, he has also made a major contribution to the innovation process by introducing new product groups in America and Europe.

Jacob will focus on the American market and our customers, including our strong Apollo brand, where we anticipate further growth opportunities. Jacob joined Aalberts in July 2023 as CCO for Aalberts integrated piping systems Americas, after previously serving at Moen Incorporated and Holcim Building Envelope in VP Sales Americas positions. With his extensive sales and leadership experience, he will focus on growing market presence and delivering on customer expectations.
