Frans den Houter appointed as Chief Financial Officer

The general meeting of 10 April 2025 agreed to appoint Frans den Houter as member of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board appointed Frans den Houter as Chief Financial Officer to take over responsibilities from Arno Monincx.
Frans den Houter brings a strong financial track record and broad international experience. As Dutch citizen, Frans holds degrees in engineering and business economics and has built an impressive career across the manufacturing, energy, and building industries.
Arno Monincx, has served Aalberts with great dedication for nearly 17 years, including six years as CFO. Under the financial leadership of Arno Monincx, Aalberts has reinforced its financial structure and demonstrated capital discipline, supporting long-term value creation. His dedication to the company has played a key role in its evolution and strong positioning in the market today.
